Subscription Terms

Version 1.0. Terms of Service

Edition 1.0. Effective October 14, 2026. 1903 Systems LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731-4298.

About these terms

These Subscription Terms are the order form between 1903 Systems LLC ("we", "us") and the operator that subscribes to CurrentOps ("you", "the operator"). They apply when you subscribe online and when you accept them in a signed order form. Together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Data Protection Terms they are the whole agreement for the subscription. If a signed order form conflicts with these terms, the signed order form controls; otherwise these terms control for the operator.

1. The service

The CurrentOps operator console and iOS app: manual and bulletin distribution, acknowledgment records, study and reference tools, and aggregate reporting, as described in the Terms of Service.

2. Term and renewal

The subscription starts when you first pay and lasts 12 months. It renews automatically for further periods of 12 months unless you or we give notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the period ends. You can give notice in the billing page of the console or by writing to support@1903systems.com.

3. Fees

All fees are in US dollars and invoiced annually in advance. List prices are $59 per seat per month, charged as $708 per seat per year; a console fee of $120 per month, charged as $1,440 per year; and a one-time onboarding fee of $852. A seat is an account you enable for sign-in to the iOS app. Read-only viewers and inspectors use the console only and do not need a seat. You can add seats at any time; they are charged at once, prorated to the end of the current period. Removing a seat takes effect at renewal, and fees for the current period are not refunded. We may raise list prices for a renewal by no more than 8%, on at least 60 days' written notice before that renewal.

4. Founding 10

If your order says you are a Founding 10 operator, the following replaces the fees in section 3 for you. You are one of the first 10 paying operators to subscribe on or before the earlier of (a) the tenth paying operator's subscription and (b) December 17, 2026. For each period, for as long as your subscription renews without a lapse, you pay 17% less than the then-current list price per seat. There is no onboarding fee and no console fee. The rate ends if the subscription lapses or ends, other than because of our breach. It transfers only with an assignment of the whole agreement. Founding 10 status gives pricing only: it carries no ownership, voting, exclusivity, roadmap or governance rights.

5. Payment and taxes

Pay by card or US bank transfer (ACH) through Stripe, or by invoice if we have agreed to it. Fees do not include taxes. We add sales, use or similar taxes where the law requires, and you pay them. If a payment fails, we tell your administrator and keep the service fully available for 14 days; after that it becomes read-only, as the Terms of Service describe, until the payment is made.

6. Refunds

You may cancel within 30 days after your first annual payment for a full refund. After that, fees are not refundable, except that if we stop providing the service, or end this agreement other than because you breached it, we refund the prepaid fees for the part of the period you will not receive.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep CurrentOps available but promise no uptime percentage. Manuals already on a pilot's device stay readable offline. Support is by email at support@1903systems.com, and we aim to answer within two business days; that is a goal, not a guarantee.

8. Your data and security

The Data Protection Terms are part of this agreement. Acknowledgment records are append-only and cannot be edited or deleted through the product, and you can export your records at any time. What happens to your information when the subscription ends is set out in section 14 of the Terms of Service.

9. What you confirm

You confirm that you have the right to give us the documents you upload, including the right to send short excerpts of any third party's manual to the AI service named in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the access you give to viewers and inspectors, and for any notice your own employees are owed.

10. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential, use it only to carry out this agreement, and protect it as we protect our own, for as long as the agreement lasts and for three years afterwards. This does not cover information that is public, already known to the other party, or required to be disclosed by law.

11. Ending early

Either of us may end the agreement if the other materially breaches it and does not fix the breach within 30 days of written notice. Section 6 applies if you end it because of our breach. We may suspend an account as the Terms of Service allow.

12. Free beta

Beta testers use CurrentOps free of charge. A beta has no service commitment, either of us may end it at any time, our total liability to a beta tester is limited to $1,000, and neither of us gives the indemnity in section 13 of the Terms of Service.

13. Other terms

Liability, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, governing law and disputes are in the Terms of Service and apply to the operator. We may use your name or logo only with your written permission. Notices go to the email addresses on the account. Accepting these terms in Stripe Checkout, or in a signed order form, is your electronic signature.
